iSalus Healthcare is a healthcare technology and services company for private healthcare practices across the United States. We have a mission to pioneer patient engagement so that healthcare becomes personal again.  We are looking for a Rockstar Marketing Associate who is hands-on, extremely driven and results-oriented to help execute the marketing strategies already put in place by the Director of Marketing.  The successful candidate will play an integral role in building out the company’s marketing automation, social media presence and executing marketing campaigns that include direct mail and digital.

You’re a naturally collaborative, hands-on, creative and experienced copywriter who is looking to join a dynamic team at a fast-paced technology company in the booming healthcare industry.  You are passionate about developing content and interactions that generate leads and supports the success of iSalus and our partners throughout their lifecycle.  You have a sharp and creative mind and a great personality who likes to have fun with like-minded individuals.  You love to write incredible marketing copy for a wide variety of different assets.  Most importantly, you can get things done on your own, but you’re a true team player at heart.  

Where:  Indianapolis, IN (Downtown)

Your responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Director of Marketing to execute strategies in place and create new strategies as needed.  
  • Plan and execute social media strategy utilizing marketing automation and other related tools.
  • Execute one-off direct mail campaigns working closely with sales team to determine timing and target demographic. 
  • Manage and execute content strategy by working closely with independent content creator, managing that relationship and the variety of outlets where iSalus content lives such as blogs, eBooks, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Work with our graphic designers to develop including website assets, social media assets, print collateral, trade show collateral, etc. 
  • Maintain Inventory of print collateral and tradeshow giveaways, ordering when necessary.
  • Design, build and execute content marketing and lead nurture email campaigns using SharpSpring Automation tool.  
  • Coordinate trade show agreements, schedules and conference bookings including shipping/receiving of materials for show.
  • Report data for analysis by Director of Marketing to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions making suggestions to Director of Marketing that increase efficiencies.
  • Your Skill Set:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms to drive pipeline
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Adobe Create Cloud applications, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other campaign analysis tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other design platforms to support asset creation
  • Video experience a plus!
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
