Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. 
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. 
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.  
  • Collaborate with the sales team through weekly meetings/trainings and monthly recap sessions designed to ensure cohesion amongst the team.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting metrics to evaluate progress and identify challenges to devise solutions for success.
  • Research accounts and identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Perform effective remote and onsite product demonstrations of our suite of solutions. 
  • Close sales and consistently achieve quota attainment 
  • Travel as necessary in assigned territory to present solutions or attend conferences.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within Healthcare Industry. 
  • Strong interest in Healthcare technology sales
  • Understanding of medical practice needs and workflows including Electronic Health Record, Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management.  
  • Strong knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
  • Knowledgeable of webinar solutions like GotoMeeting, Webex, Join.Me, etc.
  • You have a history of quota-carrying, B2B enterprise software sales experience, especially in Healthcare Technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work inter-departmentally.
  • Degree Preferred
